Lydia De Havilland is shocked when Brogan Ramsay suddenly reappears in her life. Several years before, Brogan was the son of her family’s gardener, and the boy she hurt and betrayed. But Brogan is no longer the quiet, sensitive boy she remembers. Now he’s a man—gorgeous, powerful . . . and seeking vengeance.
Brogan Ramsay can’t let go of the memory of Lydia tricking him cruelly, leaving his heart shattered and his family penniless. And now he’s back to destroy her family the way his was destroyed. There’s only one problem . . . the girl who wounded him so badly years ago is now a woman who still has the power to render him breathless.
Ramsay is the story of betrayal and wrath, of the strength of regret and the power of forgiveness. It is the story of the thin veil between love and hate, and how more often than not, when we seek to inflict pain on others, the heart we wound is our own.

PEPPER & MICHELLE’S JOINT REVIEW
MICHELLE: Omg. Lovers.
PEPPER: Yep.

MICHELLE: RAMSAY is AMAZING. Like this book is classic MSher.
PEPPER: Couldn’t put it down.
MICHELLE: I’m not 100% sure I’ll be coherent in this review because I just loved this book so much. I never wanted it to end!!
PEPPER: Are we ever coherent when it comes to the Goddess Angel that is Mia Sheridan?

MICHELLE: No. No we aren’t, but we can try. So, Brogan Ramsay is finally able to seek the revenge on De Havilland family which includes Lydia De Havilland. Let me just pause for a moment and say that I LOVED how soon Mia gave us the reason that Brogan was so filled with a need for revenge. It made it possible for the reader to focus more on the present day journey.
PEPPER: Yes! I was just going to say that - I actually felt like this book was a gut punch from the prologue. And sometimes with Mia she glides us in to her stories. But it worked for RAMSAY and we needed it, because this is all about revenge and we needed to be pissed for Brogan and want revenge with him.
MICHELLE: Exactly. However, as much as Brogan wants to hate Lydia- the truth is, the line between love and hate is too thin. In fact - that line is a big part of this book.
PEPPER: Well is there ever really a line though? I mean they both fight for that damn line, but it’s like honestly they love each other so much that they both try to create the hate and anger because the love is SO scary and vulnerable.
MICHELLE: Yes, but I think it took a minute, especially for Brogan because he finally starts to see that Lydia isn’t the stuck up princess he felt she was after her betrayal. Then as the truth of the past and present come to light- Lydia and Brogan cross over that thin line time and time again.
PEPPER: And it’s so mother hugging torturous and beautiful. I love how real this whole part felt.
MICHELLE: But Brogan Ramsay. Omg. Lovers. You are going to fall in love with this broken, Irish hottie. There is something about his own pain and how it makes him as a lover and a friend and a person so easy to fall in love with.
PEPPER: OMG. I know. And the accent?!? I could hear him talking when that accent came through and it was pure bliss.

MICHELLE: And on the other side- Lydia is so amazing. I was completely in love with her once I got to know her as an adult. She was resilient and forgiving and so damn strong.
PEPPER: Yes. I had to battle for a minute to get behind her. Because I was So. Pissed. at how things ended in the prologue. But she went through her own hell. It wasn’t just Brogan. I loved how they both felt so sad for each other and what they went through. This book was such a great lesson in give and take and truly giving up your own agenda for the one you love. Gah! It’s just so damn good.

MICHELLE: Everything about this book was interesting and had me hooked. Books like RAMSAY are the reason MSher remains one of our favorites authors. We can’t wait for more from our bestie.
PEPPER: Mia Sheridan should be an obvious one-click for every person ever. Hopefully if you haven’t already gotten RAMSAY, we have convinced you that you need it immediately!
