A little back story to THE PERFECT GENTLEMEN series - so there are 6 dude bffs from a prestigious boarding school that have grown up to basically run the country together. And it’s delicious. Obvs they are all hot and all have their own issues. AND they are all proving to be very different (and amazing) men. All the men are getting their own book so far - along with their own sexy, hot, and romantic love story. Every book can be read as a standalone, however there is this kick ass mystery that intertwines through all the books and kind of continues from the last. I haven’t read the 1st book - SCANDAL NEVER SLEEPS (which I’m currently rectifying as I’m waiting for the paperback to show up - yes these books are THAT good that I am purchasing them in paperback!!!) - so I wasn’t lost with book 2 or 3, but you need this series in it’s ENTIRETY so you may as well start with book 1.
So with all that, here is my review of book #2 - SEDUCTION IN SESSION.

You guys!! This book was SO hugging good. I am obsessed.
Connor is the quiet man in the shadows part of the PERFECT GENTLEMEN (PG). He’s brooding and mysterious and literally has NO time for stupid people or many people in general. He does not trust anyone except for the 5 other men in his circle. He grew up underprivileged, but was lucky enough to have a scholarship to attend Crieghton Academy where he met his besties. All of this is wrapped into a glorious, no nonsense, man of few words, CIA sex GOD. All I could picture was a taller Jason Bourne. So hot:
Now, Lara. Lara is a girl after my own heart. She is a sweet hippie who doesn’t see the necessity of guns or violence. She’s smart and has a huge free loving heart and is the complete opposite of Connor Sparks.
Opposites attract - my favorite kind of love story.
Now these two end up meeting under professional (and somewhat false) circumstances, so there is amazing banter and off the charts sexual tension. I could not put this book down because of the two main characters going at it - both in and out of the bedroom.
I absolutely adored their relationship. Connor is alpha protective and Lara fights that most of the time which is all what makes them perfect.
I cannot say enough good things about this book. I don’t want to get into the meat of the story, because it needs to be experienced like the “scandal” that it is. The story under the romance is delicious in every way. I also loved how it was written in dual POV and how you get so much juicy backstory on all the PG. The supporting cast is just as amazing as the Connor and Lara and I cannot hugging wait for all of their stories.
Everyone needs this book AND this series immediately. Add it to your TBR right now!!
