This book was sinfully dirty and I loved it. James and Lita will set your Kindle on fire!!
There is a trigger warning in the beginning so beware of that- some nonconsensual play. Only Tessa Bailey can take something so taboo and make it so hot.
I loved this largely because I read the first book in the MADE IN JERSEY series and was dying to know more about James and Lita. There was such an obvious history there but I needed to know what went wrong.
One thing I love about this book is Lita is very much the hero to me here. She saves James. She makes him be ok with who he is. She has to sacrifice so much to get through to him but in that process- she also finds herself. I love that in a book where I’m pretty much horny the whole time- there’s still a really solid plot line. I tell you- Tessa is a genius.
We don’t give out stars but even if we did, stars wouldn’t do this book justice. I would have to rate it 5 thigh clenches!!
It was the perfect novella and I’m fully prepared for more arousal at the hands of Tessa Bailey.
