MICHELLE’S REVIEW

I am just a fan of Jennifer Armentrout’s contemporary romance styles. She’s one of those authors I consistently enjoy reading!

Now I will admit I fell behind on my reading from this series- WAIT FOR YOU- but had read and loved Cam/Avery and Teresa/Jace’s stories and am definitely going back to read STAY WITH ME and FALL WITH ME. You don’t have to read all the books in order to enjoy FOREVER WITH ME but you will see all of the couples from the previous stories.

So this is the story of Stephanie and Nick. Stephanie is a free spirit kind of gal. I actually relate to her very well as a single gal in my 30′s. She owns her sexuality, makes no apologies for it and knows what she’s doing. So when she has a one night stand with Nick- she’s ok with that. Until he shows that he’s actually terrible at one night stands and expects the woman to just disappear like a whore in the night.

Of course Stephanie hands him his ass and he’s smitten with her immediately. But they try to be friends since Stephanie is not about to go back down that road with him no matter how apologetic he is.

But life and fate have a funny way of changing your plans and soon enough- Nick and Stephanie find that they have reasons to stay intertwined with one another and so they give in to fate and both find something they never knew they were looking for.

This book definitely brought out some tears. Which was embarrassing since I was reading it on a train home from NYC…

…but whatever. It was worth it. As the synopsis tells you- a tragedy strikes and the way it’s written- you feel it in your soul and it does hurt a lot.

But this is a happy ending and a worthwhile one so I definitely recommend this book and this whole series. Happy reading!
