CHEMISTRY WAS NEVER THIS SEXY IN HIGH SCHOOL.
In her sizzling new series, USA Today bestselling author Kristen Proby sets the stage for a passionate reunion under the breathtaking Montana sky.
Cara Donovan’s summer tutoring job is turning out to be a challenge—and not just because of her troubled twelve-year-old student. It’s his uncle Josh who’s the real problem. If problem is the word for an irresistibly cocky, muscle-bound rancher with a taste for tight Levi’s and shameless flirtation. . . .
Cara is nothing like the wallflower Josh King remembers good-naturedly teasing in high school. This Cara is gorgeous, confident, fun. From the moment the fiery teacher steps foot on his family’s Lazy K Ranch, the stubborn playboy is determined to corral her. So what happens when his luscious lover takes over the reins?
The first in a steamy trilogy, Kristen Proby’s enthralling novel is filled to the brim with one hardworking family’s triumphs and challenges, all the wild adventure of the modern West, and a whole lot of titillating fun.
MICHELLE’S REVIEW
I really enjoy Kristen Proby’s writing. I love the With Me in Seattle series so I was naturally on board with reading this new series- Love Under the Big Sky.
Now, I am not a country gal at all. My idea of roughing it is a 3 star hotel. But I love reading about people who live on ranches and wake up at 5 am to tend to the horses giving birth and what not. Also I like the idea of cowboys. In bed:

Yee. Haw.
Josh King is all kinds of sexy. He has a rep for being a bit of a ladies man but one look at Cara all grown up and he’s done for. He wants Cara and that’s all that matters.
Cara comes into Josh’s life while working a summer job of tutoring Josh’s nephew, Seth. Now, Cara knows the King brothers ( p.s. Josh has a twin. That’s two cowboys if you are keeping track) are sexy beasts. But she doesn’t even think she would be on his radar.

Josh is pure Alpha. He decides he wants Cara and that is the end of that. And Cara is a catch. She’s smart, sweet and beautiful. Luckily she gets over any doubts quickly and the two of them start some steamy horseback riding of their own. Naked.
When a storm blows in and sort of forces Cara into Josh’s every day life- or rather causes Josh to force Cara into his life- things start getting real.
Now- all of this is reason enough to love this book. Josh is the perfect blend of Alpha and sweet which we have come to love about KProby’s leading men. Cara is strong and easy to like- again- a constant. But another thing we see in KProby books that I love are the great supporting cast of characters. It is impossible for you to not fall in love with everyone- Seth, Zack (Josh’s twin), Ty (Josh’s best friend), Jillian (Cara’s best friend) and Josh’s parents. All of them add so much to this story in their own way. I think it takes real talent to make you not only care about the main characters but to be invested in everyone else right off the bat. Lucky for us, we get Ty’s story next followed by Zack.
I think the relationship between Seth and Cara is one of the best things about the book. Seth is really hurting for a number of reasons and he almost instantly connects to Cara. It’s incredibly sweet to see him interact with her and to see them both really create a special bond. It’s part of what makes Cara so likeable.
I really enjoyed this book and think you will too. It’s easy to fall in love with the characters. Plus you get some really steamy sex scenes. Like- really, really hot stuff here people. I think I was jealous of how much hot sex these two got to have.

But beyond all of that fun stuff- there is a great story and I cannot wait to dive deeper into all of the couples and the lives of these people throughout the series.

this book sounds so good
I freakin’ love to read Cowboy romances. Those men are just hot!
The character has to be intelligent, strong and a good sense of humor.. I don’t know, if the book is well-written I would love any type of character.
